office staff with over 100 years of combined experience
in customer service, marketing and the steel fabrication
industry. |

Fred Struckmeier
President
Fred has worked at Marengo
Tool & Die since 1958.
He has held various positions within the Company
and assumed the role of President in 1996.

Linda Beyer
Office Manager
Linda was hired in 2003 as
the Office Manager. Her prior employment includes 18
years as a licensed real estate appraiser. Linda also
worked for 15 years in various capacities in marketing,
customer service, and event/trade show coordination. |

Tracie Krause
Office Assistant
Tracie began her career
with Marengo Tool & Die in 2005. Before joining the
Company she served as an Administrative Assistant at a
grain elevator in Marengo for 11 years. |

Charles Simes
Operations Manager
Charley joined Marengo
Tool & Die in 1987. Previously, he was employed for 18
years by a major railcar and semi-trailer manufacturer
as the Purchasing Manager and later as Director of
Materials. Charley attended Illinois State University
and has been in the steel fabrication industry for his
entire working career.
